Warranty, Repair, and Service

Warranty details are dependent upon brand, product, and company specifications. Any product that is brought in for warranty requires a receipt. Warranty includes product, but not labor; labor will be charged separately. The entire product must be brought into the store in order for the warranty to be processed, not just a part. We will keep the product for 24-48 business hours before a warranty can be filed, due to testing via vendor specifications. 

Our Repair Center has a $25 diagnostic fee, which is credited back to the customer if the customer chooses to have The Battery Bar do the work. The customer must give 24-48 business hours to make a diagnostic, pending volume. All repair work is first come, first serve in person. Repair center hours are 9am-2pm Monday through Thursday. Repair center drop off is Monday through Friday 9-5.
